IMSA USA ANNOUNCES NEW LEADERSHIP

Steelscape is pleased to announce that Mr. Fernando Canales has assumed the position of President of Imsa U.S.A. effective February 17, 2007. In this position, Mr. Canales is responsible for all Imsa businesses within the United States. Those businesses include Steelscape, VP Buildings, Metlspan and ASC Profiles through their respective Presidents and Management Teams.

Mr. Canales will report to Oscar Maldonado, CEO of Grupo Imsa. The new management’s vision is one of increased market focus, innovation and improved responsiveness to customers’ needs.

Grupo Imsa would also like to recognize Mr. Cesar Jarero for his valuable contributions and professional dedication during the years he led the U.S. businesses of Grupo Imsa.
