Designed to support high foot traffic and frequent cleaning, the Elk Grove Animal Shelter uses Steelscape solid colors to achieve both playful and durable design outcomes. Yellow was selected through a public engagement process to create an inviting, friendly atmosphere. This bold tone is balanced by contrasting Zinc Gray metal elements across the façade and roofline. The mix of colors integrates with wood and brick materials for a cohesive, contemporary appearance. Durable metal siding ensures the building remains clean, efficient, and visually engaging for years.
