This 1975 structure underwent a dramatic transformation using Steelscape’s Vintage^® finish to merge contemporary aesthetics with long-term performance. The design team reimagined the façade with standing seam roofing panels but installed as siding to create a striking vertical language and a uniquely modern identity. Vintage^® was selected for its warm, semi-translucent qualities, which allow underlying metal character to subtly shine through. This dynamic finish also brings built-in graffiti resistance, making it ideal for an urban setting. The result is a revitalized office building that balances historic context with bold, modern expression.
